A little more than fifteen years after the arrival of the Canadian company "Almaden Minerals ltd.", to the municipality of Ixtacamaxtitlán, Puebla; Some of their communities have been in favor of the projects that this company intends to carry out in their territory, however San Miguel Tuligtic holds a different position for the defense of its most valuable resource: water.
