Set in a dystopian, totalitarian universe, where mass surveillance has become the norm, 7Hz tells the story of Anna, a woman training to be a long-distance runner. Anna finds herself at a remote area on the outskirts/borders of the city. A public telephone booth stands there as the last totem on earth.
