The Leadville 100 ultramarathon is a 100-mile race that climbs and descends 15,600 feet through the Colorado Rockies. An intimidating task in itself, but as your first ultramarathon, quite ambitious. What seemed to be a solo adventure for Nick Bare, quickly proved to require a team of individuals dedicated to one common goal. This story isn't about simply finishing 100 miles. It's about the power revealed when a team comes together and supports each other as they set out to push their limits.
