This film follows a group of "the best and the brightest" African American scholars from around the country as they begin a rigorous, two-summer, academic and personal growth program in Washington D.C. We explore the experiences of two scholars in particular who come from drastically different backgrounds, highlighting the diversity of the Black experience and the brotherhood that forms between young men pushing each other to embody Responsible Citizenship.
