Serhii Bondar used to be the head of the department in the center of the capital, but after a scandal at work, he had to give up his former job. The cooper gets a new partner - the lazy Petr Dzyuba and tries to get used to a quiet life on the outskirts. But, it turns out, he will not have to be bored.
